1930s? Tootsie Toy Metal Car Sedan. I am certainly not an expert on these cars but it is very well-made and has all four tires however they are very brittle but are there. It appears to be complete and could possibly be a light bluish color or perhaps it has lost all its paint over the years. Sold as is as found so please look at the photos closely.
