all 4 bolt hole's are in  good shape, there are no rust or nail hole's,
paint still look's good with wear and scratches ,one plate has a dent by the # 5
Plate's are non reflectorized,  very solid, made of a metal & measures standard 12' X 6' far from perfect but a Very nice plate's...
These plate's are at least 3 years old for e/bay policy
