New KMC 1/2" Half Link Connector or Master Link for Single Speed Chains. Choose your Size or Style from the Menu. The Half link is a single speed specialty chain link, the link has a inter connecting side and an outer connecting side. The Half Link gives you adjustment in 1/2" increments, unlike a regular chain that require 2 links ( inside and out side link ) and only has 1" increment adjustments. The half link adjustment can be needed on BMX and Fixie Street Track Bikes.  The Connector Link can be added to a Regular Chain or a 1/2 Link chain to add length for adjustment. Your Connector Choices are: 1/2" x 1/8" for regular single speed chains or 1/2" x 3/32" for skinny single speed chains on Fixie Track Bikes. Although 3/32" chains are multi speed I would only use it for single speed applications. The Half link Master Link has a pin and cotter pin, Kind of Archaic but it works. Choices are 1/2" x 1/8" for regular or 1/2 link single speed chains or 1/2" x 3/16" for Wide Heavy Duty single speed BMX chains.  Link Requires some bicycle knowledge and a chain tool to install.
