    Description

    Up for consideration is a nice Michigan "LIONS 1" personalized vanity license plate.  Plate is older than 3 years per Ebay policy.
    I believe this plate is legit & not novelty but can't guarantee it.
    Weight seems about right & the top coating is a wrap, not painted.  Never mounted or tagged.  Used condition showing some wear & tear.  Upper right corner has a cluster of gouges & scrapes.  Please note that personalized plates can not be re-registered with the state.
