Directions
1. Check to see if the Pluggerz are clean and undamaged.
2. Hold the top of your auricle (ear-shell) and gently pull it upwards and backwards
3. Insert the hearing protector into thee ar canal deep enough as comfortably possible, to seal the ear canal.
4. Let go of the auricle and gently and comfortably push the hearing protector once again.
