Orders that are shipped without insurance are done so at the customer's risk. We are not responsible for any customs or import duties, taxes, fees or charges. We reserve the right to combine multiple purchases into a single order (shipment or package) at our discretion.

What is your policy for Freight Damage, Returns or Exchanges?
We go to great lenghths to insure your product is packaged properly. In the unlikley event that your item is damaged in transit and you paid for insurance, you have several options:
1- If package is damaged in transit, your best option is to refuse the package as damaged and it will be returned to sender.
2- Please contact us via e-mail, and notify us of the damage. When we receive the item back and upon inspection, we will send you a replacement.
3- If you are not home when the item is delivered, and it is damaged, please save all original package materials and label and contact the shipper. Give the package to the shipping company and have it returned to the sender. The original shipping label covers shipping to you and if needed, to us. Any other freight concerns, please contact us.
Please note we do not reimburse for return shipping costs.
In the unlikley event we ship the wrong item, please please contact us.
