    This
    Tootsietoy Pair of No.4647 Renault Army Tanks
    has its original paint, axles and solid black spoked wheels but the treads have been replaced some time ago (see photos). The green and yellow crackle camouflage
    paint is in very good condition with minor play wear and the treads roll
    smoothly on axles with a little
    rust
    . They are a little tight fit but still rotate .
    Measuring 3 1/8" in overall  length, it was released from 1931-1941.
