TrimWorkz XL MegaBucker Bucking Machine

2019 TrimWorkz XL MegaBucker - This is the prototype for the (insert big corporate name here) XL MegaBucker with a few modifications after two seasons of use. New rollers were made with additional surface rubber and narrow chevrons cut into the surface to help grab the stem.  The discharge conveyor has been extended 2 additional feet and the smooth belt has been replaced with one that has ribs to help grab the stems and keep them moving down the line for discharge.  This machine works great and will easily buck 1500 pounds of wet material per hour with a full complement of personnel (9~12).  What sets TrimWorkz bucking machines apart from the competition is that the debudding plates actually cut the buds from the stem as opposed to smashing them against a flat plate as the stem is pulled through the stem hole(s).  This machine comes with 8 extra rollers that can be resurfaced and 8 extra bucking (debudding) plates that can be changed out at any time for cleaning.  If you need to get through a lot of material in a short amount of time, this is the bucking machine for your operation.  It is mobile and can be pulled like a trailer to other locations and requires 220v 1phz @ 50 amps to power.  It has a 2" ball for towing and has applicable lighting to go down the road or can be loaded on a trailer if that works better for you.  This item is being sold as is and does not come with a warranty. All replacement parts can be sourced from TrimWorkz in Oregon.
